The Lake of Time was commissioned by Chiltern Arts for Evelyn Glennie and Matthew Wadsworth who gave the first performance on 5th March 2020, at the Chiltern Arts Festival. The title of the piece and the names for the individual movements come from the names of oceans of the moon. It is published by Doberman DO1455.
